New position with a leading firm in downtown Chicago.


Scope of work includes:

  • Serve as lead contributor to the treasury team
  • Help manage day-to-day cash operations and management of credit facilities
  • Build and manage cash flow forecasts and compliance models for CLO’s and other structured facilities.
  • Prepare medium term liquidity forecasts to optimize portfolio cash/debt balances.
  • Support and assist in managing the firm's hedging program and business development companies.
  • Manage multiple structured facilities with a thorough understanding of the Credit Agreements, Indentures and related documentation.
  • Update and create treasury policies for all entities.

Requirements:

  • BS in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Strong treasury and structured product knowledge.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience within Financial Services.
  • Experience with cash management, BDCs, & hedging.
  • Advanced Excel/modeling.
