AVP Retail Relationship Manager
Our Retail Relationship Managers are the driving force behind business development and deposit balance growth in our retail branches. They are also the team leader responsible for maintaining operational excellence while providing an outstanding customer experience.
This role is responsible ensuring that we provide a full range of consumer and business products to our customers and will be expected to have in-depth and detailed financial conversations. This position is a perfect fit for an elite salesperson who is motivated by the opportunity to develop a newly built location while mentoring and developing their team.

Primary Responsibilities
Open consumer and business deposit accounts and take HELOC applications
Demonstrate advanced knowledge about products, rates, account opening and closing, and counseling customers on FDIC insurance issues.
Ensure branch operations comply with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Represent the bank in community activities
Coach and mentor staff daily and ensure a high level of banker performance
Proactively assess clients' financial information by completing a Needs Assessment to determine total current and future financial needs. Summarize and discuss the opportunities uncovered; recommend, present, and sell appropriate products and services.
Achieve business development relationships and sales goal results by effectively partnering with other lines of business and referral partners as needed
Maintain and service a book of clients by proactively contacting them via phone and e-mail
Process daily transactions and run a cash drawer while conducting cross-sells to create new business and extra services
Be an innovative member of the team that is self-driven and is eager to contribute to the long-term success of the bank

Desired Experience
3-5 years’ experience in the banking/financial services industry
Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing a results-driven team
Preferred Education/Training
Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
NMLS certified
Pay Ranges
$56,898.00 To $95,686.00 Annually
$1,500 Sign-On Bonus applied after first 30 days.
