Key Responsibilities
Support Global Learning Team in implementing a comprehensive, multi-year learning strategy.
Develop and implement innovative learning strategies, applying diverse methodologies to engage global teams
Deliver a combination of built and bought learning solutions, drawing on instructional design and facilitation experience whether for hands-on execution or vendor oversight
Continuously evaluate and refine learning materials and facilitation techniques to optimize learner engagement, retention, and performance outcomes.
Advocate for diverse learning approaches, including on-the-job experiences, social learning, coaching, mentoring, and formal training.
Oversee firmwide learning programs from needs assessment to impact assessment.
Ensure effective training delivery across various formats.
Collaborate with HR and managers to align L&D with performance management and talent acquisition.
Maintain compliance with the learning budget and maximize value from vendor engagement.
Supervise the expansion of the online learning platform (Workday) and support content development.
Craft creative communications to highlight the impact of global learning initiatives.
Candidate Qualifications:
5+ years of experience designing, managing, and delivering corporate learning programs.
Familiarity with cutting-edge methods in corporate learning, such as digital learning and design thinking.
Proficiency in implementing learning strategies with a focus on maximizing ROI.
Demonstrated proficiency in project and program management, including the capacity to develop a roadmap and adhere to deadlines.
Collaborative approach with proven ability to work across diverse, global teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
