AV Feld Engineer/ Commisioning Specialist
Position Overview:
Are you passionate about ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of audiovisual systems? Join our client as an AV Field Engineer and play a crucial role in the final stages of delivering high-quality AV solutions. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional with experience in field engineering and commissioning AV systems to ensure they meet and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
System Commissioning:
Conduct comprehensive commissioning of audiovisual systems, ensuring all components function seamlessly.
Fine-tune audio, video, and control systems to meet performance standards and client requirements.
Quality Assurance:
Perform rigorous testing and verification of AV installations to guarantee optimal performance.
Identify and resolve any issues related to audio quality, video clarity, and control functionality.
Client Collaboration:
Collaborate with clients to understand their expectations and preferences during the commissioning process.
Provide training to clients on the operation and maintenance of commissioned AV systems.
Documentation:
Create detailed commissioning reports, outlining system configurations, adjustments made, and testing results.
Maintain accurate records of configurations and settings for future reference.
Collaboration with Installation Teams:
Work closely with installation teams to ensure that systems are installed according to design specifications.
Provide technical guidance and support during the commissioning phase.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., Audio Engineering, Electronics).
- Proven experience as an AV Field Engineer or similar role.
- Industry Certifications
- In-depth knowledge of audiovisual systems, including control systems, DSP programming, and signal processing.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
