Compensation: $100,000-$120,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Live Event Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audio, video, and lighting, staging experience is a plus. The Production Manager will be responsible for leading crews, managing onsite operations, and ensuring that our clients' needs are met with exceptional service. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a willingness to work nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate internally with operations and sales teams to ensure clarity on scope and production plans.
• Lead and manage crews for audio, video, lighting, and staging at various events.
• Serve as the main onsite client-facing representative, addressing any issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Ensure that 90% of issues are resolved before the client becomes aware of them.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Handle conflict resolution and deliver difficult news when necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience with audio, video, and lighting.
• Strong background in staging and event production.
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership experience.
• Comfortable with conflict resolution and delivering difficult news.
