Role: Audio Video Engineer

Must Haves
Bachelor's Degree & 5 years exp. as AV Engineer
Exp. implementing at least 2 audio/video products into mobile and web application;
Web UI development/React proficiency
Exp.with one or more of the following AV technologies: Google Meet, Cisco Webex, Pexip;
Understanding of WebRTC;
.Net experience to support integration with the existing tech stack;
Responsibilities
The design and planning of audio-visual systems that results in the successful installation, test and closeout of projects leading to customer satisfaction and efficient company operation.
Assist with the bidding process by reviewing bid documents and making system or product recommendations.
Provide solutions within the client's budget without sacrificing quality and reliability.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, coupled with ability to accurately and concisely communicate about product specs and the pros and cons of AV technologies;
Experience implementing at least two audio/video products into mobile and web application;
Ability to perform and document detailed product evaluations. Product evaluation reports should be suitable for both IT and Business stakeholders and should help facilitate decision-making on a suitable replacement for current Avaya technology.
Experience with one or more of the following AV technologies: Google Meet, Cisco Webex, Pexip;
Understanding of WebRTC;
Strong understanding of emerging communication platforms and capabilities available in the market;
Knowledge of general Call Center technologies;
.Net experience to support integration with the existing tech stack;
Web UI development/React proficiency (required) and Mobile development (nice to have);
Ability to build out test harness to support the development of a POC for each candidate AV product;
