Responsibilities:
Warranty Claims Processing: Accurately prepare, submit, and track warranty claims to manufacturers and ensure timely reimbursement.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all warranty claims, including repair orders, invoices, and supporting documentation.
Compliance: Ensure all warranty claims comply with manufacturer guidelines and policies.
Communication: Liaise with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers to resolve warranty-related issues and discrepancies.
Audits & Reviews: Conduct regular audits of warranty claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries regarding warranty coverage and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in processing claims and documentation.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of automotive repair processes and familiarity with dealership management software.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve warranty-related issues proactively.
