Qualifications for Pre-Owned / Used Car Sales Manager:
Our next Automotive Sales Manager must have previous automotive leadership experience to be considered for this role.
Strong trade appraisal skills
Auction Access Preferred
Reynolds, First Look, and ACV auction experience preferred
MS Office knowledge; and computer software,
Internet proficiency a MUST!
Ability to merchandise cars online and on the property Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction.
Ability to multi task
Excellent critical thinking ability
Steady work and performance history.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail.
Must be a strong closer and possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a successful sales team
