Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new and pre-owned Acura vehicles, providing expert knowledge and guidance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
Conduct thorough product presentations and test drives, highlighting the features and benefits of Acura vehicles.
Follow up with customers and prospects to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Acura product line, market trends, and competitive products.
Meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets.
Complete all required sales paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
