As an automotive dealership receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting customers, answering all calls and transferring them in a professional and timely manner as well as meeting other dealership needs (gas cards, dealer plates etc.).
Greet customers promptly and determine the nature of their visit
Direct customers to the appropriate department
Maintain lounge area and copy area--keep these areas stocked and organized
Assign and keep record of dealer plates/loaner vehicles
Take down payments from customers per their financing profile
Qualifications
Demonstrate effective communication, both verbal and written
Strong prioritization and organizational skills
Ability to effectively respond to and resolve customer needs and problems
Demonstrate a willingness to take extra measures whenever necessary to provide excellent customer service and support
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel
