Ciocca Dealerships is seeking an ambitious, professional, and highly motivated Automotive General Manager to join our growing team! Our Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Cadillac store in Flemington is in need of a high performing operator to oversee all 4 brands. This is truly a unique opportunity to manage 4 franchises under one roof! Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Assume full responsibility of profitability in ALL departments
• Assist in developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual forecasts
• Hire, train, mentor, support and monitor the performance staff
• Assist sales managers in working and closing deals
  
  

Qualifications Include But Are Not Limited To

• At least 2 years Automotive General Management experience required
• Experience in maintaining the profitability of the dealership while controlling expenses and sustaining customer satisfaction
• Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendors
• MUST be willing to adapt to Ciocca culture, processes, and procedures
• General Motors Franchise and GMF Finance Experience a plus
