The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an immediate opportunity for an Automotive Biller at our Rallye Acura location. Seeking a reliable, motivated individual with previous automotive billing experience. The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position with an outstanding team! Candidates must be familiar with all aspects of New York State DMV Laws and has experience using VERIFI & CDK.
Responsibilities for this position include:
Assist with lease returns as needed
Complete all necessary steps in order to bill-out sale of new and pre-owned vehicles.
Printing and organizing all paperwork including Department of Motor Vehicle documents, leases, financing, contracts, and miscellaneous forms to enable sales representatives to deliver vehicles.
Issue license plates for all new and pre-owned vehicles.
Bill the purchase of pre-owned vehicles to wholesalers

PAY RANGE: $27 - $35 Per Hour
Requirements
Automotive billing experience required
Familiarity with DMV Laws required
VERIFI experience required
Working knowledge or trainable in automotive retail center computer systems (CDK computer system preferred)
Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills
Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability with the ability to multitask
