Automation Test Lead

Day-to-Day:

A large financial institution is seeking a Test Automation Lead to join their growing team. This individual will serve in a key role developing technical solutions involved in the creation of test automation frameworks for Flash suite of technology web applications. Flash provides capabilities to analysts within the organization. This person will extensively use web object recognition utilities and Core Java/Java to design end to end automation frameworks. They will operate as the architect and offshore lead. This is a hybrid role onsite in one of the following locations: Newark DE, Charlotte NC, or Addison TX.

Must-haves:

• 7-9 YEARS of hands on automation framework designing in Core Java
• 2-3 years of JAVA coding experience
• 3+ years hands on with Web application automation development and custom object recognition development in core java
• Experience applying core java automation development with keyword and hybrid frameworks. Are you the framework user or are you developing the framework?
• Hands on experience with TestNG annotations and Selenium Webdriver
• Experience automating middleware messages with SOAP/REST/XML/JSON using Selenium
• Test case execution experience with Bitbucket/Github
• 3+ years of Agile Scrum experience
• Proficiency with CI/CD automation implementation using Jenkins and Selenium
• How would you rate your technical ability on a scale of 1-10 in core java/ java if they have it
• Bachelors Degree

Compensation:

$57.63/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
