As a CAD Drafter you will assist with the development of various HVAC ductwork projects. You will coordinate with Project Managers in relation to drafting based on project design drawings & specifications.
This is a full-time, 40 hour per work week position.
Responsibilities
Interpret customer requirements, match products to customer specifications and drawings.
Drafting using AutoCAD and 3D Modeling Software.
Design and layout of HVAC ducting systems.
Review drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Establish an in-depth understanding of all company product lines.
Perform other duties as assigned by Project Manager.
Qualifications
Associates degree in Drafting, Design, Engineering or Architecture or 2 years in equivalent training or experience.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk products, or other 3D Modeling software.
Strong knowledge of Windows & Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High level of organizational skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and timeliness.
Capable of reading & comprehending construction drawings and identifying construction components and elements.
