Our custom cabinetry client is seeking a qualified Draftsperson to produce in-house specifically detailed shop and submittal drawings.
Responsibilities: Working (reinterpreting and detailing) for Architects and Design firm produced CAD files, hand drawings, sketches, field measured drawings, site photos, and written specifics Incorporate appliance and hardware specs, traffic flow and common-sense construction and functionality - through use of our extensive library of past drawings / projects and interaction with shop primaries
Requirements: Individual must have expertise/advanced knowledge of AutoCAD in order to work efficiently on multiple projects and meet weekly deadlines Woodworking, cabinetry, construction or design experience a plus Willing to work as part of a team and be able to learn the "why" as well as the "how" of our design and detailing standards and procedures
