Compensation Overview
The annual base salary for this position falls within a nationwide market range, reflecting competitive compensation across various locations and factors including role scope and candidate qualifications. Eligible employees may also receive performance-based cash incentives as part of our comprehensive benefits package.
Salary Range: $63,700.00 - $105,100.00

Position Details
This hybrid position (3 days in office/2 days remote) operates from our New England Claim Center in West Bridgewater, MA. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of this location.
Role Responsibilities
As a member of our team, you will handle Personal and Business Insurance Auto Bodily Injury claims, overseeing each case from initial report to resolution and payment. This includes interpreting laws across multiple jurisdictions and ensuring compliance with internal standards and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Provide consistent, high-quality service throughout the claims process, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and achieving optimal outcomes.
Coverage Analysis: Review policy conditions and apply coverage to moderate complexity Bodily Injury claims, determining benefits, eligibility, and coverage priorities.
Investigation and Evaluation: Conduct thorough investigations, gather relevant facts, assess damages, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Claim Resolution: Negotiate settlements within authority limits, manage litigation when necessary, and maintain accurate documentation and reserves.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of bodily injury liability claim handling experience.
Proficiency in claims handling, litigation processes, and insurance principles.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
