Audit Partner- Private Equity Funds

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for private equity fund clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand clients' investment strategies, fund structures, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Lead and oversee audit engagements for private equity funds, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and fund agreements.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on operational and financial matters, including fund structuring, risk management, and internal controls.
  • Expand the firm's presence through networking and relationship-building.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in auditing, with a significant portion dedicated to private equity funds.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
  • Previous managerial experience preferred.
