Act as the primary point of contact for private equity fund clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Understand clients' investment strategies, fund structures, and financial reporting requirements.
Lead and oversee audit engagements for private equity funds, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and fund agreements.
Provide strategic advice to clients on operational and financial matters, including fund structuring, risk management, and internal controls.
Expand the firm's presence through networking and relationship-building.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in auditing, with a significant portion dedicated to private equity funds.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
Previous managerial experience preferred.
