Serve as the primary point of contact for life science clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Understand clients' business operations, industry challenges, and financial objectives.
Lead and oversee audit engagements for life science clients, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Provide guidance to audit teams, reviewing workpapers, and ensuring the timely completion of audit procedures.
Identify and assess audit risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures.
Provide recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation to clients.
Actively participate in business development activities, including identifying new client opportunities and contributing to proposal development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in auditing, with a significant portion dedicated to life sciences clients.
CPA designation is required.
Business development skills and a track record of successfully growing client relationships.
