interview process look like (phone screen, face to face, meet with team, how many rounds, etc)? Is there a test in the interview the candidate should be prepared for?

• 1st screening will be virtual ( zoom etc.)
• 2nd screening will be in person
• 3rd may be senior management screening
• No test but sample writing of assurance framework may be asked for
  
  

Job Requirements:-- MUST HAVES

IT Audit background to perform periodic audits ( 7+ yrs)

Experience with compliance and assurance testing (7+ yrs)

Experience in Financial Industry (7+ years)

Technical background of architecture and s/w development ( 3+ years)

Fire in the belly, go getter, self-starter

Persistent

Keep cool when challenged and able to negotiate with difficult team players
