Audio Visual/Webinar Engineer and Support Technician
Role Overview:
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, installing, and supporting our video conferencing solutions. You will be the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and our valued customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the entire process.
About The Role:
- Design and configure video conferencing systems based on customer needs and room specifications.
- Install and test video conferencing hardware and software, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Provide comprehensive on-site and remote technical support to customers for video conferencing and webinar issues.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical problems, resolving them efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a deep understanding of various video conferencing platforms and stay up-to-date on industry trends, specializing in Google Meet hardware..
- Develop and deliver clear and concise user training materials for video conferencing systems.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, providing prompt, courteous, and professional support.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales and engineering, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in video conferencing design, installation, or support.
- Strong understanding of video conferencing technology, including hardware, software, and network protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a technical environment.
- Experience in Webinar production support.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear and concise explanations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
