Advantage Tech is looking for a Lead AV Technician or Engineer for our client located in KC, MO
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead mid-level projects with control and/or audio DSP technology
Aide the Project Management team in the development of project plans and milestones
Oversee the execution of projects plans within the time constraints specified while adhering to quality standards
Perform troubleshooting and problem solving
Work closely with clients on system functionality, project issues, and planning
Load system code and firmware
Train client employees and stakeholders on controlled room systems
Oversee all installation tasks including rack assembly, equipment placement and equipment mounting and ensure they are performed in accordance with system diagrams, both in-house and on-site
Ensure that system cabling and termination is performed in accordance with system diagrams, both in-house and on-site
Qualifications:
5 + years of AV installation experience and/or equivalent level of knowledge
Meet all the Level I and Level II qualifications
CTS certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of date of hire
SynAudCon Level 100-130 or equivalent training
