TBG is currently partnering with a premier international law firm that operates through 12 global offices, collaborating seamlessly to handle high-profile, complex cases and business transactions. The firm's integrated approach enhances its global presence, serving a diverse client base that includes leading companies and financial institutions. Specializing in major corporate and finance transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, structured finance, banking, capital markets, project finance, and transportation finance. The firm is also recognized for expertise in litigation, encompassing commercial disputes, intellectual property, securities, white-collar matters, as well as financial restructuring and trusts and estates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate meetings and multimedia activities.
- Configure conference room technology for scheduled and ad hoc audio and video meetings.
- Aid meeting participants in utilizing the Firm’s internal collaboration tools such as Zoom, MS Teams, Cisco Webex, and Barco Clickshare.
- Conduct quality checks on systems to promptly rectify audio visual (AV) issues before meetings and Firm events.
- Troubleshoot, repair, or escalate issues concerning our integrated AV systems.
- Support Firm events by setting up, assisting with, and dismantling AV equipment.
- Monitor the call queue in our internal ticketing system (Service Now), documenting, tracking, and closing service incidents promptly.
- Take ownership of technical issues and proactively resolve them.
- Assist the team with IT equipment relocations to support internal office moves.
- Maintain close communication with team members regarding technical matters, follow-ups, escalations, and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with VOIP systems, specifically Cisco Call Manager.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve end-user issues.
- Strong team player with ambition and drive.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and patience.
- Proficient in multitasking within a dynamic environment.
- Excellent skills in communication, customer service, problem-solving, and organization.
- Demonstrated commitment to exceeding internal and external client expectations.
- Proactive in maintaining personal contact, follow-ups, and task closure in a timely manner.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Able to grasp new concepts quickly, even without prior experience.

Compensation: $70,000 - $82,000 (Based on experience)
