Ensure consistent and dependable communication for Firm users by addressing all audio, visual, video conferencing, and multimedia requirements.
Install, configure, and maintain PCs, addressing hardware issues and providing replacements when necessary.
Configure basic network interfaces on various devices to maintain seamless connectivity.
Troubleshoot basic networking issues and promptly resolve technical challenges that may arise daily.
Qualifications/Position Requirements
Key responsibilities include:
Promoting and educating employees on current technologies and services through demonstrations, meetings, one-on-one visits, and new hire orientations.
Assisting with projects and initiatives, including quality assurance testing, diagnostics, and systems integration work.
Developing and implementing office-wide plans.
Ensuring conference rooms are equipped with appropriate audiovisual and technology components, including systems for audio/videoconferencing, presentations, wireless connections, and in-room amplification.
Ensuring equipment and applications in conference rooms are functioning and ready for use before meetings.
Scheduling and coordinating daily checks of conference rooms to ensure proper equipment operation and coordinating repairs/maintenance as needed.
