Audio Visual Manager

Ensure consistent and dependable communication for Firm users by addressing all audio, visual, video conferencing, and multimedia requirements.

  • Install, configure, and maintain PCs, addressing hardware issues and providing replacements when necessary.
  • Configure basic network interfaces on various devices to maintain seamless connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot basic networking issues and promptly resolve technical challenges that may arise daily.


Qualifications/Position Requirements

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting and educating employees on current technologies and services through demonstrations, meetings, one-on-one visits, and new hire orientations.
  • Assisting with projects and initiatives, including quality assurance testing, diagnostics, and systems integration work.
  • Developing and implementing office-wide plans.
  • Ensuring conference rooms are equipped with appropriate audiovisual and technology components, including systems for audio/videoconferencing, presentations, wireless connections, and in-room amplification.
  • Ensuring equipment and applications in conference rooms are functioning and ready for use before meetings.
  • Scheduling and coordinating daily checks of conference rooms to ensure proper equipment operation and coordinating repairs/maintenance as needed.
