Audio Visual Installer, New York

As our new AV Installer for New York, you will be part of our newly formed installation team, handling tasks such as: installing, trouble shooting, system integration, configuration and repairs at customers’ residence and in Bang & Olufsen stores. In this role you will be the primary installer with daily hands-on and regular customer contact in customer homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure execution of all installation projects.
• Technical coaching and support for Company owned stores.
• Supporting company events; technical assistance for product presentation.
• Be a key representative and brand ambassador, exceeding customer expectations in field service: appearance, behavior, tone of voice, competence.
• Excellent performance of installation services for customers, VIPs, and our stores.
• Converting delivered products into beautiful setups with attention to detail.
• Lead and support of events and showroom installation.
• Support our Warehouse manager with ad hoc deliveries between our office and stores.
  
  
  

What You Bring

We are searching for a technical installer who has multifaceted experience installing AV equipment in a variety of environments including retail, private residence, and events.

Moreover, you bring:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical and installation competence – TVs, Loudspeakers.
• Competences in system integration, connectivity, content provider, remote services, installation, configuration, diagnostics, and systematic trouble shooting.
• Expertise in project management, managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Handling of commercial service solutions.
• Ability to operate independently, highly self-organized.
• Trustful – strictly respects customer`s privacy and confidentiality shared information (VIP-treatment).
• Fully respects and adapts to different cultures and ethnic standards.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation: 67.000 USD - 74.000 USD a year.

Travel: Around the New York and New Jersey area mainly, but some national travel will be required.
