Quinn audios are like audio romance novels condensed into 15-20 minutes. You can think of Quinn as a marketplace of audio erotica creators (supply side) and listeners (demand side). Quinn creators script, record, and edit their audio, and listeners consume them.

Quinn is verified on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Stripe, hosts audio erotica voiced by Oscar-winning actors, and has hundreds of thousands of active users. We’ve released celebrity-voiced “Quinn Originals,” audio romance series voiced by Andrew Scott and Jesse Williams, among others. Together, they received millions of streams on the Quinn app.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sound Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for audio, sound design, sound effects, and immersive audio experiences. This role is crucial in defining our audio standards, evaluating and sourcing talent, and coaching prospective Quinn Creators to achieve the highest quality sound in their productions.

Key Responsibilities:

Define Standards:

• Develop and implement standards for sound quality, sound effects, and sound immersion to ensure a consistently high auditory experience across the Quinn platform.
• Create tutorials, guides, equipment recommendations, and other resources to equip Creators to produce top-notch work.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in audio technology to continuously refine and enhance sound standards.

Evaluate Auditions:

• Assess inbound Quinn auditions, determining which submissions have the potential to meet and exceed our established sound quality and artistic criteria.
• Provide detailed feedback to selected candidates on their sound submissions, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement with specific “how-to” advice.

Coach Creators:

• Offer coaching to both prospective and active Creators, helping them improve their audio production skills.
• Provide ongoing support and feedback to ensure Creators consistently produce high-quality sound content.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sound design, audio engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of sound quality, sound effects, and immersive audio production techniques.
• Excellent critical listening skills and a keen ear for detail.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in sound production.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and individuals.
• Proficiency with audio editing software, and digital audio workstations (DAWs).
• Knowledge of various sound recording and production equipment.
• Passion or interest in audio erotica medium.
