Provide clerical support to the Athletic Director by managing daily calendar/appointments, screening calls and taking messages, and preparing correspondence as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of the Athletic Director’s communications, correspondence, and reports in carrying out the duties assigned with this position.
Assist the Athletic Director in day-to-day operations of the athletic office.
Assist with athletic scheduling of events and invites.
Prepare and confirm the athletic event worker lists.
Prepares bus schedules and order athletic buses for coaching staff.
Run weekly student-athlete eligibility reports.
Assist with registration of student-athletes (registration, Athletic Physicals, forms)
Assist in purchasing supplies for the athletic department.
Assist with payment of officials and workers for the athletic department.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development.
Put together the end of the year report of the athletic office for the records of ACHS.
Keep inventory of athletic awards and assist in End of Season Awards.
Responsible for recording athletic scores.
Assist with registration for summer camps.
Responsible for working with all District personnel to provide a harmonious operation of the School District.

Qualifications
Excellent organizational, operational, administrative and interpersonal skills
Experienced and knowledgeable of office computer software systems
General Bookkeeping Skills/Experience
High school diploma or GED
Ability to relate both written and verbally to students, parents, visitors and staff
HOURS: 7:30AM-3:30PM (other hours as needed under the direction of the Athletic Director)
