Arete Network providers are on Athena EHR.
Role Description
This is a full-time or part time remote role for an Athena EHR Trainer and Tablespace Builder to help new clinics and new providers integrate into Athena EHR. The role involves conducting training sessions on Athena EHR system, building and managing database tablespaces, troubleshooting issues, and providing occasional technical support to users. The Trainer and Tablespace Builder will also be responsible for collaborating with the Athena team to optimize system performance and ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
Qualifications
Experience as an Athena EHR Trainer and Tablespace Builder
Proficiency in managing database tablespaces
Knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Experience in healthcare industry is preferred
