Magic EdTech is seeking an Associate Vice President, SaaS Sales to drive the sales growth of their content distribution platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of selling SaaS platforms to EdTech and publishing companies, have a deep understanding of digital learning technology, and be a results-focused hunter.


Major Responsibilities

  • Define and execute business development plans to deliver consistent growth for the MagicBox SaaS platform with new customers in the EdTech and Publishing markets
  • Leverage EdTech and Publishing contacts, networking opportunities, and cold calling outreach to identify, target, and establish new customer relationships
  • Create and conduct engaging sales presentations in person and via web conferencing
  • Serve as a thought leader on digital learning technology and evangelize the use of leading-edge tech, such as Cloud and AI, as a critical tool for the future of education
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and Marketing teams to maximize reach
  • Work closely with Solutions and Delivery leaders to ensure client satisfaction


Preferred Qualifications

  • Several years of proven hunting and sales success in EdTech and Publishing
  • Demonstrated success selling SaaS platforms in the target market
  • Existing relationships with decision makers in the target market
  • Adept at relationship building; committed to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work with teams across different time zones and travel as needed
