Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist the design team with the technical design process from concept to production.
• Learn to develop technical specifications and product drawings under guidance.
• Contribute to managing project timelines and ensure quality standards are met.
• Partner with the design and development teams to learn how to communicate with vendors.
• Help build and update technical packages with existing documentation.
• Identify potential issues in construction/manufacturing and learn how to address them.
• Support calendar management and assist cross-functional teams in achieving milestones.
• Develop and maintain accurate technical specifications and detailed product drawings.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Ability to interpret design intent.
  
  
  

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

• Strong interest in the golf industry (a plus).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (or similar design software) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in PLM system(s) is a plus.
• Knowledge of pattern alterations.
  
  
  

Education And Experience

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in design, fashion, graphic design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in a design-related role (or internship).
