Description of Role/Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Site Reliability Engineer to join our Milwaukee based operations group. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our software and systems are efficient, reliable, and secure. Within the operations group, you will work collaboratively with development and project management to optimize the delivery of world-class software as a service. This role demands a unique blend of technical expertise and a passion for innovative software development and systems operations.

• Monitor system performance and capacity to predict potential failures and outages: implement necessary improvements and solutions.
• Monitor system security posture for vulnerabilities, incidents, and compliance.
• Respond to system outages and incidents: troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Automate manual tasks, data pipelines, and code delivery pipelines to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the reliability and performance of new releases and updates.
• Being on-call during pre-planned software maintenance windows and providing front-line support for system-wide site outages.
