Job Description: We are seeking a creative and motivated Part-Time Social Media Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and posting engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You will play a key role in building our brand presence and engaging with our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, create, and post content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok that aligns with RebelsMarket's brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Schedule and publish posts consistently across all social media platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and drive engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, suggesting improvements and strategies for growth.
  • Engage with our community by liking, commenting, and sharing user-generated content.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of social media contests, giveaways, and other interactive initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Some experience managing social media accounts, preferably for a brand or business.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including their respective algorithms and best practices.
  • Well written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for alternative fashion, art, and lifestyle products.

  • Part-time position (15-20 hours per week).
