Associate, Publisher Development

We are looking for a Publisher Sales Representative to develop strategic partnerships with the biggest online publishers and podcasters. The successful candidate will have at least a year of experience working in media, advertising, marketing or technology in sales, account management, marketing or business development. Experience working within digital advertising and having an understanding of the industry is a plus.

Responsibilities include
- Initiate and manage partnerships with premium online publishers and podcast creators, networks, and platforms
- Develop new customers into long-term business partners
- Contribute to the company's marketing strategies and product development
- Generate weekly reports and updates
- You're passionate about digital media
- You're curious and interested in the digital publishing space
- You see a revenue goal and can't wait to crush and exceed it
- You love entertaining, talking, and meeting new people
- You're a self-starter, passionate about learning, and are a natural problem solver
- You possess a high level of integrity and professionalism
- You prioritize well, display a sense of urgency, and have the ability to follow timelines and meet deadlines
- ~1 year of relevant industry experience
- Online media and/or publisher sales experience a plus
- Multilingual: must be fluent in publisher, account management, brand, sales, and ad ops
