Job Description
Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:
Effectively and proactively mange the scope, schedule, and cost for assigned projects
Maintain clear and concise communication with project stakeholders including daily interaction with overseas factories
Motivate and direct project teams to complete project tasks well and on time
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects
Ensure coordination of efforts without omission or duplication
Qualifications
We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
Project Management Skills including Project Planning, Risk Management Procurement and Stakeholder Management
Strong sense of ownership and urgency
Demonstrated leadership via influence
Organization, planning, and coordination
Business communication, meeting facilitation
Problem solving, analysis, and conflict management
Highly motivated to meet project goals
Excellent at managing competing and adjusting priorities
High attention to detail
Interpersonal and collaboration skills
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Familiar with project management software
Intermediate level capacity of MS Office software, specifically Excel
Familiarity with Product Safety Regulations and/or Certifications
Experience working with third party manufacturers
Project management experience preferred
