The job is responsible for the successful definition, implementation and delivery of complex programs that requires cross functional collaboration and interdependencies between a group of projects and/or related activities within the constraint of scope, quality, time and budget and under circumstances involving multiple moderate probability, moderate impact risk factors.
Essential Top Skills:
College degree strongly preferred
Health Rules Payer experience required (if no experience, then a knowledge and familiarity w/it is required)
1-3 yrs experience in claims and health care operation required
This resource will be be overseeing the implementation of a new claims systems.
Operational/claims background is necessary.
The resource will be training with and shadowing an experienced colleague during the first couple weeks.
More of an associate position, but candidates formerly in senior roles will be considered.
