Associate Program Manager - Events Operations

Telligen Greenwood Village, CO

The Associate Program Manager - Events Operations will collaborate with team members to provide virtual education to primary care practices or specialty care providers as they participate in pilot programs being tested by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The particular focus of this role will be on the development and execution of live virtual events from initial concept through evaluation.

Essential Functions

  • Develops and administers individual event plans from start to finish, creates a seamless event experience for presenters and audience members, and establishes and employs troubleshooting strategies when issues arise.
  • Collaborates with workstreams, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate and align event content and approach to overall model participant needs
  • Builds and maintains highly effective relationships at all levels and manages customer’s expectations for events and works with the customer to turn ideas into future enhancements.
  • Leads overall implementation and operations to ensure performance targets are effectively monitored and reached.
  • Tracks and oversees the resolution of issues and escalates upstream as prescribed by contract policies.
  • Manages the scope and drives delivery to ensure event content and related deliverables are produced in an accurate and timely manner (meet all customer requirements).
  • Prepares and delivers performance data, information, and status reports to leadership and the customer.
  • Performs routine trend analysis of customer and audience feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement to the educational programming and event management process.
  • Leads and participates in quality improvement initiatives to ensure content and events meet high-quality standards
  • Implements, maintains, and optimizes the event deliverables repository ensuring all files, documents and artifacts are updated timely and accurately, and stored following archiving and retention policies
  • Supports other team members on educational content and communications outside of live events work, including on-demand videos, guidance documents, and newsletter articles


Requirements

  • Four-year degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent training and/or experience.
  • Demonstrated 2-5 years of experience planning and hosting customer-facing live virtual events and programs involving multi-disciplined teams
  • Familiarity with health care systems and health policies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork
  • Ability to adapt to change on the fly
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Experience with the Zoom platform
  • In Colorado, this role can expect to pay $75,667 to $89,021 annually. Salary will be determined with considerations of background and experience as well as internal equity
