Starting pay range: $80,000 to $90,000 annually
Schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekends)
Center Point’s mission is to provide comprehensive social, educational, vocational, medical, psychological, housing and rehabilitation services to combat social problems such as substance abuse, poverty, unemployment and homelessness.
Center Point is seeking compassionate and enthusiastic individuals with a desire to teach to join one of our exciting teams as an AOD / SUD Certified Associate Program Director at one of our in-prison programs in the following LOCATIONS:
- Mule Creek State Prison, CA
- California State Prison, Solano, Vallejo, CA
- California State Prison, Sacramento, CA
About the Position:
As Certified SUD/AOD Associate Program Director you support the Program Director in the day-to-day programming activities and provide direct supervision to the Supervising Counselor(s) and other staff on site in the Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program (ISUDT Program).
Duties:
The Associate Program Director provides overall administration of the day-to-day delivery of program activities during the absence of the Program Director; provides oversight, training, and support to staff; assists with the coordination, generation, and data interpretation of various reports including documenting staff’s progress towards AOD certification.
Minimum Qualifications:
SUD / AOD Associate Program Directors must have a working knowledge of SUDT Programs and meet one (1) of the following minimum requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a social service-related field or a business administration-related field and at least one (1) years of supervisory experience working in a SUDT Program; OR
- An Associate’s Degree in a social service-related field or a business administration-related field and at least two (2) years of supervisory experience working in a SUDT Program; OR
- Four (4) years of supervisory experience working in a SUDT Program.
