Job Description

Visa USA Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Product Associate (multiple openings) in Foster City, CA to:

• Support the development of the product strategy, go-to-market plans, and product design documents (concept document, business case, and product requirements).
• Support the development of the product roadmap to define/support the product goals and strategies.
• Support the product team in driving the development of product features and functionality.
• Leverage strong technical foundation of enterprise system, software development, and / or data analysis fluency where appropriate.
• Understand market trends, competition, and user requirements.
• Distill market research to provide perspective to the team and product management leaders to inform insights and decisions.
• Collaborate with designers to create design concepts and with engineers to implement and iterate on these concepts.
• Collaborate with internal Visa teams (e.g., regional teams, Product Marketing, Business Development, Finance) to define and execute a cohesive strategy related to a specific product or feature.
• Domestic travel required 10% of the time.
• Position reports to the Foster City, CA office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
  
  

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related field and 6 months of experience in the job offered or in a Product Associate related occupation.

Additional Information

Worksite: Foster City, CA

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements: Domestic travel required 10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $121,846.00 USD to $136,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
