Specific Responsibilities Would Include

The Product Development Associate plays a key role in the seasonal product development process, collaborating within a cross-functional team comprising Design, Merchandising, and Production. This position contributes to the planning, creation, and execution of product lines for both Joe's and Hudson Jean brands across categories including Women’s and Men’s denim, Women’s and Men’s RTW.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track SMS from issuing POs to vendors.
• Follow up on sample status and ensure timely delivery.
• Receive samples and distribute them to the appropriate teams for review.
• Set up new trim and fabrics in our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system.
• Validate tech packs and samples in collaboration with the design team.
• Assist in preparing and setting up for seasonal presentations to the merchandising and sales team.
• Maintain and organize fabric, trim, and sample libraries.
  
  

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

• Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented, meticulous and creative
• Creativity, sensibility for merchandising and customer needs
• Basic knowledge of garment construction
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 - 5 years experience in apparel merchandising, private label buying or product development, relevant experience in categories preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, proficiency in SAP preferred

Salary Range: $ 66,580 – 70,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
