Description:
Betches is looking for a dynamic Associate Producer/Assistant Editor eager to join a vibrant company with growth opportunities.This role is ideal for a motivated early-career producer with strong attention to details and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while managing multiple projects.
As an Associate Producer/Assistant Editor, you’ll handle a variety of tasks for Betches podcast and videos, including daily production work, guest booking, show topic and development research and basic video editing.
Role & Requirements:
Collaborate with producers to develop concepts and ideas
Help research guest and episode topics
Assist the producers with writing, editing, and scripting as needed.
Support in-house and remote recording sessions, including logging clips for social media
Perform administrative and organizational tasks
Conduct basic audio editing
Handle and organize raw and edited video files
Edit videos for YouTube and social media (Adobe experience required).
Pitch ideas for shows in creative meetings.
Qualifications:
1-2 years professional experience in digital media or production.
Proficient in various video/audio editing tools and other software (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop etc).
Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles
Creative ideas and a desire to grow and learn on the job
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Passionate, curious, and enthusiastic about the content that Betches covers
