The Position

You’ll guide your team and clients through the entire process, making their journey through pre-production, production and post-production a smooth and creative one.

You’ll put your strong written and verbal communication skills to good practice, working closely with your clients and delegating internal tasks with ease. Your attention to detail is unmatched, so you’ll keep a beady eye on scopes, budgets and schedules.

Positive and flexible, you’ll ensure each job is wrapped to its fullest potential and adheres to agency policies as well as exceeds client expectations. You’ll look for opportunities where possible, understanding key components and looking to implement best practices within the production team.

What We’re Looking For

With 3-4 years of experience in advertising, you know your way around an agency that has an emphasis on creative campaign work! We want to see all the impressive brands you’ve worked your magic on, from fashion and retail to lifestyle and celebrity.

We’re looking for someone who’s a real expert when it comes to both print and video campaigns, the type of person who’s organised and outgoing, and can really take hold of a project’s reins.

The ability to wear multiple hats is crucial here, so our ideal candidate is an adaptable yet agile Associate Producer who is committed to the creative process - you want the best creative results possible from your team, and you’ll put in the work to make it happen!
