Associate Manager of Pricing & Proposals (PBM)

MUST:

• 3+ years of PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) pricing experience
• Need pricing and proposal experience
• Experience running renewals, prospect pricing, data and systems work, plugging data into systems,
• Very strong in excel
• Understanding of PBM finances
• Good communication

PLUS:

• Bachelors degree
• Microsoft access experience
• Salesforce experience

Day to Day:

The Associate Manager of Pricing & Proposals, Pharmacy Division will partner with leaders and teams within the Pharmacy, Sales, and Account Management teams to drive retention, revenue growth and key initiatives. This person will be on a team which performs maintenance and develops the underwriting, reporting, RFP Support, proposal creation, RPF support, and will create proposals and pricing for new business + renewal business.

This person will work closely with our Pharmacy and Pricing team members to collaborate and support processes and assist with fully scoping out proposal and renewal needs and deliverables. You will be a SME on Pharmacy/PBM finance and pricing as it relates to assessing risk for pharmacy opportunities. This individual will work with key stakeholders to make sure processes for renewal and proposal processes are built accurately and maintained. Stakeholders could be, but aren’t limited to: sales, account management, clinical, finance) and external PBM partners to ensure timeliness of deliverables.
