Our Client, A Luxury Beauty Brand, is looking for an Associate Manager of Global Marketing to join their team!

Responsibilities

  • Support on key complexion launches.
  • Conduct competitive research to help inform product and pricing strategy.
  • Issue and update new launch programs in project management software.
  • Prepare cost objectives for new launches to ensure launch profitability.
  • Issue and update creative & merchandising briefs.
  • Follow up on deliverables with various team.
  • Manage routing of launch materials for team review and approval, including creative assets, visual merchandising units, etc.
  • Send regular industry news, launches, innovations, and trends.
  • Support the team with the preparation of various marketing presentations (international meetings, strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, etc.).
  • Manage the creation and updates to cross-functional documents (pricing sheets, line edit / assortment files, sample assortments, etc.)
  • Manage bi-weekly Global Memo issuance to all market partners.
  • Manage bi-weekly agenda issuance for Global Marketing status with Brand President.
  • Manage product reserves and manage/coordinate product allocations for forecasting samples, creative shoots, market weeks, etc


Qualifications


  • Undergraduate degree with 2 to 4 years professional experience.
  • Strong sense of the digital and social media landscape.
  • Strong motivation to be involved with and learn the functions of the marketing department from the ground up.
  • Attention to details, ability to work independently, reliable.
  • A strong sense of urgency, ability to manage details and projects while responding to changing priorities and feedback in a fast-paced environment.
  • An energetic, team-oriented individual with interpersonal skills.
  • Strong oral, written, communication and presentation skills.
  • Software expertise – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Work on strategy of the brand and its statement in role related product categories in the ever-changing environment today.

  • Provide brand and competitive insights to support Director in leading the product innovation strategic discussion and ideation with Product development
  • Execute tasks related to reformulation, repackaging, and reworks to be phased in
  • Continually submit new product ideas that are innovative - bold, audacious, modern & iconic
  • Include Artistry considerations in the development of products, positioning, positioning, identification of differentiation and added value.
