WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for Associate Manager, Education & Events - NA Partnerships to support our education and event strategy within the Americas Region. This position will predominantly provide coordinating assistance to the Manager of Education and Events, working closely with the team on execution of Brand strategy in our Americas region.

This is a hybrid role based out of our NYC Regional Office and will report directly to our Manager, Education & Events, NA Partnerships.

The salary range for this position $65,000-70,000.

WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

• Work directly with the Education & Events Manager on delivering a best-in-class experience for our regional key partners while delivering KPIs from an education perspective
• Responsible for completing operational tasks including administrative processes, updating marketing calendar and processing orders for PR, gratis and training. Support in managing the development and implementation of a variety of training methods including educational job aids, virtual trainings, and face to face learning events to support key accounts
• Identify key opportunities to help develop innovative educational experiences.
• Collaborate with the Global Consumer Education team, understanding and delivering global objectives and KPIs
• Assist in coordinating Field Team requests, nurturing a collaborative spirit in DECIEM’s unique approach to education, eventing, storytelling, and sales techniques
• Support in asset creation and execution in eventing activations
• Support on site with pop ups/events throughout the region
• Ensure a positive learning environment and represent the key mission and value of DECIEM
• Stay up to date on DECIEM products and brand information, as well as maintaining in-depth knowledge of current skincare and market trends, demographics and consumer needs
  
  

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

• Passionate about training, education, and learning culture
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral with the ability to work with all levels of team members across various departments
• Excellent knowledge of the office pack with a strong suit for Excel and Google Slides/Google Sheets
• Relevant education or equivalent work experience in a retail environment
• Firm understanding of the current market and cosmetic trends
• Must be available to work/travel weekends occasionally in support of key projects
• Valid Driver’s License and Transportation
