WittKieffer's Leadership Advisory Practice focuses on improving quality of life through impactful leadership through services that encompass executive, team, and cultural alignment and development. The Associate, Leadership Advisory works closely with seasoned practitioners to bring impactful solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. Successful incumbents act proactively to support their colleagues and clients and continually seek opportunities to develop themselves and others.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrates a basic understanding across most WittKieffer services, to help support solutions that deliver maximum client impact.
Participates in teams across WittKieffer to understand clients needs, taking the lead on visual representation of findings (e.g., graphics, data representation).
Delivers high quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy and completeness.
Organizes their own work activities to fit with project plan.
Works effectively with team members to exchange information fully and efficiently.
Escalates client requests appropriately to help manage expectations and further the relationship.
Supports business development efforts of senior colleagues by participating in client calls and meetings and producing initial drafts for parts of proposals.
Provides input to project plans and delivers against them.
Ensures relevant processes (e.g., time allocation, etc.) are completed accurately and on time.

This position offers a base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 based on your experience and qualifications plus a target bonus of 20% of base salary. WittKieffer offers a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, life and disability insurances, and generous paid time off.
Requirements
Experienced professional with 1-2 years of experience in the consulting industry.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree required.
Possesses strong analytical skills.
Has strong PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening); particularly important are good writing skills.
Hogan certification preferred
