Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Associate Lawyer. As an Associate Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to personal injury cases, such as drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and negotiating settlements. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that most of the work will be in the office in Buffalo, NY, but there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Knowledge of personal injury law, including experience in handling slip and fall accidents, motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, and construction site cases.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other attorneys and paralegals.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Prior experience in a law firm, particularly in personal injury law, is preferred.
