Job Summary:

The selected candidate will play a vital role in the capital raising process for our range of real estate debt funds. The Investor Relationships Team is responsible for all aspects of capital and strategy formation and investor reporting. This role provides an opportunity to develop a broad range of real estate capital markets and business development expertise and is responsible for full-cycle support of the capital raising process and general sales enablement.

Essential Functions:

  • Complete comprehensive pre-meeting research, compile and produce appropriate meeting materials and research under the direction of the VP, Investor Relationships
  • Coordinate investor meeting follow up requests and action items; track to completion
  • Proactively maintaining and monitoring investor CRM database, including recording all activities, completing “know your client” exercises, and managing pipeline activity
  • Develop and enhance CRM reporting to maintain up-to-date comprehensive coverage for all relationships
  • Support the development, production and ongoing updates of all marketing materials and investor communications that require coordination across the organization
  • Maintain a standard due diligence questionnaire for any new products; complete any individual questionnaires for investors or consultants
  • Save and catalog detailed support for all data in the collateral material in partnership with the Analytics Team
  • Manage inbound investor requests to ensure a high touch, high value experience to internal partners or investors for routine, escalated, and urgent requests
  • Ensure all investor communication and materials adhere to Prime Finance’s compliance policies and procedures; coordinate with Compliance on review of all materials, including managing or coordinating edits as needed
  • Assist with investor onboarding including working with internal and external legal teams and administrators to maintain organized records
  • Support operational functions while identifying efficiencies across processes within the team


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; additional degrees or certifications a plus but not required
  • 4 - 6 years of relevant experience with investors in real estate, private equity, or capital raising
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills, with ability to manage competing priorities with limited oversight
  • Highly detail oriented and organized
  • Interpersonal communication – connects with people quickly in an outgoing, friendly manner; uses friendly, persuasive communication skills to gain interest and involvement of others in the work process; projects enthusiasm
  • Organizational support – recognizes and adjusts to change; maintains control of overall agenda, but includes others in a task-focused manner; creates a disciplined process
  • Must be able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Juniper Square a plus


The expected annual base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $145,000. Actual base salary will be determined by several components, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills and qualifications, base salary of internal peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and a variety of financial, wellbeing, and health / welfare benefits.
