** Salary Range: $65K-$80K/Annually **


At Fetch for Pets & Brand Buzz, we are pioneers in delivering innovative consumer products across various categories, including household items and pet supplies. We design, develop, sell, and market an expansive range of products to large chain stores across the USA. We currently supply over 2000 products to retailers nationwide as well as have a strong & developed e-commerce business. We are looking for an organized, diligent Associate Inventory Planner to support our business as we grow.


Position Overview:

The Associate Inventory Planner will join a team of Planners and provide analytical, organizational, and process support to drive inventory optimization. This is an impactful position for an individual who likes to solve problems and drive change in an organization. The ideal candidate is someone who is self-starting, innovative, has a dedicated work ethic, high attention to detail, and will be a flexible, logical worker who is results-driven. This role is a great opportunity to broaden your scope of work and partner with various cross-functional teams within a growing organization.


What You'll Do:

· Manage inventory under the direction of the Director of Inventory Planning

· Demand planning at the SKU/ customer level for the next 26 weeks out

· Create detailed analyses to drive accurate forecasts by customer

· Make purchasing recommendations

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive inventory optimization

· Manage excess/aged inventory levels

· Conduct deep analysis by item, by customer to ensure we maintain optimal inventory levels.

· Work with Sales to support new product launches, customer pipeline orders and promotional events

· Work with warehouse team on inventory allocations needed for customers

· Manage inbound/outbound inventory and communication with suppliers to ensure optimal supply flow

· Produce daily, weekly, monthly reports to present to management

· Ensure department KPIs (margin targets, fill rates and inventory levels) are met

· Support Director in initiatives to develop process and reports and drive operational efficiencies within department


Who You Are:

· Minimum 2+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain, or a related function.

· Employ high level analytical skill set with ability to apply findings quickly

· Possess advanced MS Excel skills and capability to adapt to new systems

· Have working knowledge of the supply chain and processes as they relate to inventory.

· Able to mine various data sources to create a picture of current and future inventory position

· Work in collaborative style, able to work across functions to achieve results.

· Able to present findings, causes and recommendations in a concise and understood manner.

· Self-starter, can operate with minimum direction at times.

· Able to multi-task with high attention to detail
