Associate Integrated Producer

MONO is seeking an Associate Integrated Producer to join our growing team. We rely on Producers to assemble the best production plan based upon the opportunity and creative direction. Specifically, the Producer is responsible for putting forth the best partners for each job, maximizing the creative vision while also embracing budget and timeline realities. At MONO, every single detail matters and our producers embody this value, never taking an eye off the creative output.

The most successful Producers at MONO believe in cultivating strong relationships with Creative, Account and Business Affairs teams as well as industry partners and thrive in highly collaborative environments making cool work. In this role, you will support the Integrated Producer and Business Affairs Director throughout the process in managing the executional details that may include partner searches, timelines, shoot details such as props/product management, presentation decks, asset documentation and more. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground level of a high-functioning team and learn with superior mentorship.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of integrated content production experience in an agency setting, Is confident, well-organized and adaptable with a strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and has outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Having experience in project management of traditional OLV, print, social and digital advertising is a huge plus.

This position is based locally in Minneapolis, and we currently observe a hybrid work model, working in-office two days a week. Some travel may be required in this position.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $63,000 to $75,000. The actual annual salary paid for this position will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skills, prior experiences, training, company needs, and current market demands.
