Associate, Integrated Marketing

Barstool Sports is looking for an Associate, Integrated Marketing to join our growing team. In this role, the associate will support the development of RFP responses, proactive pitches, and go-to-market materials for our sales organization at Barstool Sports. This position will be based out of Barstool’s Chicago office.

What You'll Do

  • Support the development of partnership opportunities and proposals – including RFP responses, integration concepts, support materials for clients, go-to-market programs, one-sheeters, and case studies.
  • Participate in RFP brainstorms with senior integrated marketing team members, sales, and planning.
  • Ensure that all custom content, integrations, and activations in pitches are approved by appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Help shape the partnership opportunity for prospective brand partners through data-driven, visual, and content-forward presentations.
  • Strong ability to write and ideate ideas from a Barstool lens for partnership proposals.
  • Manage requests for go-to-market materials and work collaboratively with talent, production, and graphics to bring them to life.

What You Have

  • 2+ years of integrated marketing, media, or sponsorship marketing experience at an agency, sports property, brand, or media company.
  • Desire to learn and develop a career in marketing and partnerships.
  • Extremely organized, “no job is too small” attitude, and the ability to multi-task a must.
  • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a presentation pro with expert use of PowerPoint, along with strong familiarity with other Microsoft Office products and Google Suite.
  • Passion for sports and entertainment, with a strong understanding of Barstool Sports, our talent, and franchises.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
