WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a passionate go-getter to join our team and help shape the future of influencer marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING EVERY DAY
● Build out celebrity and influencer target lists
● Assist team members with influencer campaigns including but not limited to outreach, creating content briefs, negotiating and creating contracts
● Create content briefs detailing product messaging, how-to, talking points, video guidelines, etc.
● Partner with high impact influencers to produce authentic user-generated content for clients
● Have a key role in brand mailings: assist with outreach (i.e. celebrity + influencer contacts, assistants), mailing builds
● Event seeding and guest invites for influencer/PR events
● Compile research, data entry, curate target lists, create bios, face cards, new business decks
● Help maintain team organization by scheduling meetings
● Keep google drive organized and up-to-date with current clients
● Draft notes, collateral for mailings, emails, client-facing copy for proposals and reports
● Track all project deliverables and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
● Assist with social media clipping schedule
● Code monthly spending recap reports
● Run occasional errands (i.e. pick up lunch, purchase supplies for mailings)
● Assist with travel, including but not limited to researching & booking flights, organizing lodging and car service, etc.

● Accessible via phone/email/text after hours should urgent or time-sensitive matters arise, available some weekends for events and projects

● Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
● Able to receive and learn from direct, constructive feedback
● Excited by the prospect of working for an assertive, strong willed, creative founder
● Proficient in Google Slides, Zoom, Outlook, Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram
● Clear, timely communicator
● Ability to juggle multiple projects
REQUIRED
● 2 year experience in influencer marketing space preferred
● A natural interest and understanding of the influencer marketing space and up-to-date social media trends
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
● Must be able to commute to the West Hollywood office
